Do you design apps as well as websites?
Yes. I've designed a full app interface and brand system from scratch, and the thinking is the same either way: work out what someone is trying to do, then get everything else out of their way.
Which platform will you build on?
Whichever suits your business. I'll recommend one after we've talked, and I'll tell you why. The deciding factor is usually what you'll need to change yourself once it's live.
Can I update it myself afterwards?
Yes, that's the point. I hand it over properly and show you how it works. You shouldn't need to pay someone to change a phone number.
Do I need new branding as well?
Not always. If what you have works, we use it. If it's holding the site back, I'll say so before we start rather than halfway through.
Will it show up on Google?
The technical side is handled from the start: page titles, headings, structure and speed. Ranking also depends on your market and how competitive it is, and I'll be straight with you about that.
How long does a site take?
A small site is a few weeks. The part that usually takes longest is content and photos, so the more you have ready, the faster it goes.
